Organizations are organisms.  They are a whole with independent parts that grow and develop at different rates.  I work with an organization to take a holistic view of their operations.  I investigate the goals and strategies, interview people (employees, board members, customers/clients) and review both internal and external communication.  From this I provide a roadmap of what can be tweaked and reworked, to what requires an overhaul that can move the organization toward results.  The goal is to increase productivity and innovation and make operations seamless.
